Intentional Lines

Intentional Lines
Drawing YOUR Nervous System Back to Calm
Intentional Lines is a slow, guided drawing practice that supports nervous-system regulation through simple line work, shape integration, and color.
A gentle, body-aware practice
In times of prolonged stress, uncertainty, or emotional overload, the nervous system often remains in a state of quiet alert. Even when life appears outwardly stable, this ongoing activation can lead to anxiety, restlessness, mental fatigue, and difficulty settling.
Intentional Lines offers a calm, non-verbal way to interrupt that cycle.
This practice does not rely on artistic skill, emotional disclosure, or verbal processing. Through guided line work, shape integration, and color, participants are supported in slowing down and restoring a sense of inner coherence and balance.
This is not about creating art.
It is about supporting the nervous system.
